Rise Above! (Fixed)

This one is fixed so that the ending fades instead of cut off quickly.

I sometimes wish that instead of deleting and then re-adding, we could just edit the song itself.

This is pretty much the same as the last, and when I looked, I think everyone who voted seemed to like this one the most. I can explain to you why the beat to this song sounds jitteryish, and that's because that's kind of how I work when trying out a beat for a song. It's suppose to be kind of trippy. And even though it's not a - - - - all the way through, I still think the beat suits it well. I like to be somewhat creative with the beat. It may match it well, it may not, but it's suppose to feel the way it feels. At least I know I could definitely dance to it.

Enjoy, I hope you like it.

Trifecta

Every night it’s the same old thing
He’s there before the first bell rings
All night long he plays the dogs
And he says he can beat the odds

Rabbit runs the dog gets burned
Bumped in the corner in the second turn
Throws his tickets on the ground
The bartender buys him one more round

Chorus

We played golf at Papago
You could see the track from the 18th hole
Across the street the credit window
He’d get money than he should owe

Buy a program, figure the stats
He’d say that’s just a matter of math
Throws his tickets on the ground
The bartender buys him one more round

Chorus

S.R.P. turned off his lights
Lost his job and lost his wife
She took the kids and moved to Idaho
He’ll be back to the track again I know
Shouting 1 3 8 dog come ‘on greyhound go
